YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT IF YOU USE THE SERVICE TO PURCHASE TOKENS, YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR VERIFYING THE LEGITIMACY, AUTHENTICITY, AND VALUE OF ANY TOKENS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICE. FOR EXISTING USERS, THIS AGREEMENT TAKES EFFECT FROM THE DATE YOU FIRST ACCESSED OR USED ANY SERVICE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION. IF CHANGES ARE MADE, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU VIA EMAIL, THROUGH THE SERVICE, OR BY UPDATING THE "LAST UPDATED" DATE AT THE TOP OF THIS AGREEMENT. The Service is a software application that allows Registered Users to conduct transactions for the purchase of digital tokens in exchange for cryptocurrency payments. Users are solely responsible for their transactions and should conduct their own due diligence before purchasing.

We provide our services only for persons that have reached an age of 18 years. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents and additional information as required by legal or regulatory authorities. We may pause or cancel transactions until the requested information is provided and verified. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.

When registering for an account, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete.
• You are not listed on any government sanctions list or associated with prohibited entities.
• You acknowledge that digital assets and blockchain technologies carry legal and financial risks.
• You have the necessary technical means to access and use the Service, including a secure internet connection and digital wallet.

To purchase tokens, you must provide a valid cryptocurrency payment. Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, tokens will be delivered to your designated wallet. If the Company suspects fraudulent or illegal activity, additional verification may be required. If a transaction cannot be completed, the order will be rejected.

Prices for tokens are displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Additional fees may apply, including blockchain transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Digital asset prices are highly volatile.
• You are responsible for understanding tax implications of your transactions.
• Digital tokens can only be transferred via blockchain transactions, which may be irreversible.
• New laws and regulations may impact the legal status and usability of tokens.
• Tokens may be subject to fraud, loss, or technical vulnerabilities.
• We do not guarantee the authenticity, legality, or value of any tokens.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate this Agreement or fail to comply with applicable regulations.
• You fail to provide requested identity verification documents.
• We suspect fraudulent activity or illegal transactions.
• Your account is accessed without authorization or used for illicit purposes.
• We are required to comply with legal obligations.

We may update this Agreement at any time. If you disagree with any amendments, you may terminate your account. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10.1. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 10.2. You agree not to share confidential information related to the Company without our written consent. We may verify your identity through third parties for compliance purposes.

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. However, if a technical error or processing issue results in the failure to receive tokens as described, you may be eligible for a refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the transaction and include relevant evidence (e.g., transaction ID, error messages). Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated case by case.

13.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. 13.2. If any provision of the Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. 13.3. The Agreement cannot be transferred by the User without our consent. 13.4. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the laws of England and Wales. 13.5. We may assign our rights and obligations under this Agreement with 60 days' notice. 13.6. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use.
