2. NFT Purchases

When purchasing an NFT, users must connect their crypto wallet to our platform and select their desired digital asset. Some NFTs may be available at a set price, while others may require bidding in an auction. Once a transaction is confirmed, it is processed via the blockchain and becomes immutable. As such, NFT purchases are considered final and cannot be reversed unless explicitly stated in this policy.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Refunds are not generally permitted. However, if a technical issue or unforeseen problem results in the NFT not being successfully transferred to your wallet, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

3.2 Our team will review each case individually. If your refund request meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund through the original cryptocurrency used for the purchase. 4. Pricing Adjustments

5. Order Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of blockchain technology, once an NFT purchase is confirmed and recorded on the blockchain, it cannot be canceled or undone.
